SecurePass | Scheduled Maintenance on Weekend of 27 – 28 September 2025
At HealthSafe we are continually working to improve our solutions. Over the weekend of 27-28 September, we will be completing an upgrade to our technology infrastructure.
This upgrade will make SecurePass even stronger, smoother, and faster.
During the upgrade, there will be a planned outage of around two hours on Saturday 27 September. During this time, users will be unable to access SecurePass, and kiosks/sign-in will not function. Further details timings are below to help you and your team plan.
The upgrade involves a change to the IP addresses used by SecurePass. If your organisation whitelists the SecurePass IP address, you may need to make some changes to those settings.
