SecurePass | Scheduled Maintenance on Weekend of 27 – 28 September 2025

At HealthSafe we are continually working to improve our solutions. Over the weekend of 27-28 September, we will be completing an upgrade to our technology infrastructure. 

This upgrade will make SecurePass even stronger, smoother, and faster.

During the upgrade, there will be a planned outage of around two hours on Saturday 27 September. During this time, users will be unable to access SecurePass, and kiosks/sign-in will not function. Further details timings are below to help you and your team plan.

The upgrade involves a change to the IP addresses used by SecurePass. If your organisation whitelists the SecurePass IP address, you may need to make some changes to those settings.

As part of this upgrade, we’re moving to a more scalable and flexible server architecture.

Saturday 27 – Sunday 28 September 2025

Impact to services

Full SecurePass outage of two hours

  • There will be a planned outage of around two hours on Saturday 27. The timing can be found in downtime table below.

  • During this time, users will be unable to access SecurePass, and kiosks/sign-in will not function.

The SecurePass IP address will be changed

  • Once the upgrade is complete, new IP address for SecurePass will be 54.153.245.60

Action required by customers

If your organisation does not whitelist the SecurePass IP address, no action is required - your admins can continue accessing the login page as usual.

If your organisation has whitelisted the SecurePass IP address, you'll need to add the new SecurePass IP address (54.153.245.60) to your whitelist. Please don't remove the existing whitelisted IP address yet. We will be in contact when the time is right to remove the old address.
